FAQ

Questions, answered

What counts as a "check"?

One analysis of one page — opening the popup and fetching fresh authority metrics. Browsing between tabs (On-Page, Links, Schema…) for the same analysis doesn't cost extra. If our data provider is temporarily down, the check isn't counted.

Where do the metrics come from?

Authority and backlink metrics are Moz data served through a third-party provider. On-page, image, social and schema audits are computed locally from the page itself.

What does "lifetime" mean exactly?

One payment of $49 gives you 250 checks per week for as long as the Service operates — no renewals, no subscription. If we ever discontinued the Service within 12 months of your purchase, we'd refund you. Full details in our Terms.

I bought the lifetime deal before installing — how do I activate it?

Install the extension, click the usage bar → Pro Plans, then hit Restore Purchase and enter the email you paid with. Your plan attaches to the installation instantly. The same button recovers your plan after any reinstall.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no registration and no login — the extension works anonymously, and paid plans are recovered by your payment email if you ever reinstall.

Can I get a refund?

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and beyond that we handle refund requests in good faith — email [email protected].
