Terms of Service

Service Agreement: By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and our project-specific agreements. These terms govern all professional relationships between Netbase Media Ltd and our clients.
Project Scope: All projects are delivered according to agreed specifications and timelines outlined in our project proposals. Changes to scope may affect pricing and delivery dates and require written approval.
Payment Terms: Payment schedules are established per project. Typical terms include 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work specifically created for their project. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, methodologies, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
Warranties: We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner and will substantially conform to agreed specifications. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total project value. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties.
Termination: Either party may terminate projects with written notice. Refunds are prorated based on work completed and documented. Termination fees may apply for projects terminated by the client.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hungary.
